Russell Cross country

In cross country I felt nervous. When i was walking to the start line Mr Burt said ‘’ready set go’’ Then All the year 4 Boys took of then we went out of The School gate . A boy called Job he came first then a boy called Simon came second and I came 3rd

I was lucky. that i came 3rd. place me and job Was in the same Team Te Arawa. Te Arawa is red. jobs brother Emmanuel  came first in the year 5 Boys.

We were waiting in the sun for ages  

The houses at our school were called Te Arawa red Tainui blue

Takitimu (yellow) mataatua green. The winner was Takitimu

(yellow) and i really enjoyed it
