swimming lessond

Aquatic center class 9 has been going there for the past week and all so this week to. Our swimming lessons is 30 minutes all half and hour. My group was group one and my instructor was laura. My favorite is arm circles and I feel really good swimming.

One thing that I have learned is swimming at a good pace. if I rush, I know I will get tired quickly. Next time I hope that I can do better at using is back stroke.
